In Jolly Phonics, we have had so much fun learning about various spelling rules. Last week, we worked on long u. The kids had fun searching for cards around the room and working to figure out the correct spelling.

In science, we have been learning about the parts of a plant and what a plant needs to grow. This week we planted our own plants. We made faces for our cups and we're hoping for some grass hair very soon. 

In reading, we had fun reading the Chick and the Duckling. We even made our own chicks and ducks. 

We have published our non-fiction books. The kids did amazing!
